Tony Zosel, Managing Director
After several years of Sales & Account Service, Tony realized his dream of owning his own advertising agency in the Fall of 2001. His goal was to start an agency that could manage projects for every type of business (Fortune 500, Mid-Market, Small Businesses, and Non-Profits). His vision was to have a staff well versed in all areas of business to best understand every marketing and communication situation. Tony and his wife Debi - both proud graduates of the University of Minnesota - live in Bloomington with their 3 children: Jake, Olivia and Hadley.

Darren Varley, Senior Art Director
Darren brings over 10 years experience to Multiply and has worked in small to large size agencies including Mammoth Marketing and Minnesota’s own Timberwolves. His strengths include corporate identity, logos, direct mail, print and web design. Due to his nature of wanting to get his hands on everything (some may call it meddling), Darren also dabbles in the account management and sales roles at Multiply as well. He enjoys cooking and cross-country skiing and lives in St. Paul with his wife Krista and brittany spaniel Keegan.

Krista Ormson Varley, Account Manager & Copywriter
Krista found herself in advertising after years in the staffing industry doing business development and branch management, a stint as a school psychologist, and sales in other industries. The energy of a creative environment and the opportunity to work in marketing and advertising has been a blast for Multiply’s jack-of-all trades. If her position description leads you to believe she wears many hats at Multiply, you're absolutely right. What is she doing today? You may just have to call and find out. We have a storage closet full of hat boxes just for her. Now we need room for the shoes to match.

Brendan Loughrey, Senior Copywriter
Brendan brings over twelve years of award-winning writing experience that covers everything from national print, interactive and television ads seen by millions to trade campaigns so specific the audience has, literally, been in the double digits. No matter the industry, Brendan can quickly dig in to “see and hear” the idea as a customer would, and then write to that specific person. A life-long Minnesotan, Brendan and his wife Amy traveled the world until the arrival of their two boys, Blake and Brett. Travel time is now spent getting to and from the next hockey rink or baseball diamond.

Essentially, Adrian is Multiply's "go-to-guy" in all things technology. Crystal Kempen, Web Developer
Crystal joined the Multiply team in February of 2009 after graduating from the Art Institute of Minnesota. Along with a sharp design eye, attention to detail and an already strong programming background, Crystal also brings Multiply an eagerness to stay abreast of recent technology trends. Born and raised in Catawba, WI (say that three times fast) Crystal now lives in Bloomington and her interests includes camping, biking and rock climbing. She has also been known to operate a mean forklift. Doubt Multiply will find use for that skill however.

Keegan, Office Pup
Keegan functions as the office security system (we always know when a dog is walking by) as well as a vacuum clean (only consumables however). He is also the office greeter as he seems to make new friends with anybody who shows up (the mail man is afraid of him however). Sired in Monticello and raised in Edina, Keegan is now 12-years-old and slumming it in East St. Paul.
